Fabrice is the director of MonacoTech. He received an engineering degree from the ESPCI, a M.S. degree in wave physics and a Ph.D. degree in biomedical engineering both from the University Paris VII. Thereafter, he worked at Columbia University in New York on targeted brain drug delivery for the treatment of neuro-degenerative diseases. He developed in the US his taste for tackling the economic issues of innovation for instance strengthening his business strategy skills by joining the Columbia Graduate Consulting Club. Back in France, he was the startup project leader developing an extracorporeal cardiac pacing device at the IHU LIRYC in Bordeaux.
